I can manage it. Although not very tech savvy I have found this pretty easy to work with. I am still learning things on it, like downloading pictures. It didn’t come with much in the way of instructions, luckily I was kinda familiar with Windows 10 that’s on my desk top computer. I love my Acer but not the malware in it. I love my Acer but not the malware in it. Had programed everything when I started with a malware alert on Facebook. Had to reset everything. Acer technician said it was because I got it from here and not Acer directly. Is that true or do they come from Acer? Hoping reset cures what is wrong with it.

Fast and easy does it. This was purchased as a gift for someone else, but I did the set-up on arrival. Acer and a Windows OS made the process so much easier than it once was, so the new laptop was up and running withing a couple of hours with even with the addition of extra software. Actually, except for registration and logging into the internet, it was ready straight out of the box..
